About the project

RichCall is a global cloud project started by Aurus, a company with over 6 years’ experience developing software for enterprise communications and contact centers.

Our journey began with developing on-site video chat solutions. We have since used the feedback gathered from our customers and channel partners over the years to define the features for the new RichCall cloud solution.

RichCall uses a variety of state-of-the-art communication technologies which, when combined with our own know-how, give it a unique set of capabilities that put it way ahead of any competition.

The project is also backed by Skolkovo, a government-supported innovation center comprising the SkolTech institute established in partnership with MIT, corporate R&D centres, business incubators, venture funds and start-up companies.
